Over 15 years experience of the joys and complexities of the business world from both a corporate and small business perspective, along with Zoë’s formal coach training, have given her an insight into the correlation between the degree of internal and external consistency that exists in an individual, team and/or organisation and their ability to achieve sustainable and extraordinary success that is genuinely meaningful and fulfilling. It is where she does some of her best work.
Zoë’s earlier career was spent working as a consultant across various industries, most notably Telecommunications. She specialised in turning around failing projects; improving existing service portfolios; and advising her clients on how to best exploit new business opportunities and new technologies. Her last role before moving into coaching was as a consultant for a boutique telecommunications firm, working with clients such as Cisco, Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel-Lucent), Telia, Global One (now Orange Business Services) and Goldman Sachs. After her move into coaching, Zoë, who has always had a strong entrepreneurial streak and passion for both people and business, was part of a small team who bought the license to operate The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in the UK. CTI is the largest in-person coach training organisation in the world and has trained over 20,000 leaders, managers and coaches.
Zoë has a BA Hons in French and Italian, History & Politics from The University of Westminster. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and has trained with The Coaches Training Institute (Co-Active Core Curriculum), Co-Active Space (The Leadership Programme), The Strozzi Institute (Somatic Coaching Programme), The Center for Right Relationship (Organisational & Systems Coaching Programme) and Newfield Network (Advanced Ontological Coaching Programme).
Zoë is originally from the UK and has lived and worked in France and Italy and is fluent in both languages. She currently lives in London with her son, Finn. She enjoys the arts especially sculpture and photography, languages, travelling, swimming, the sea, baking, pottery, thought-provoking conversations, music, mountains, beautiful hotels, animals of all shapes and sizes, unusual architecture, reading, people and design.

Leanne has a small private practice where she works with couples as a relationship coach, which she finds extremely rewarding.Her overriding passion is for people to live their lives in a more conscious and responsible way. Leanne’s extensive psychological and coach training combined with her 13 years experience of working in this field gives Leanne a unique and deep insight into the complexity of the human psyche and how to work with that to bring about the change and sustainable results that her clients are looking for.
During her corporate career, Leanne held a variety of jobs including banking and consultancy for Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, advertising as a Senior Media Planner for McCann Erickson and Faulds Advertising, and qualitative research for The Planning Partnership. In the voluntary sector, Leanne was Head of Operations for the Libra Charity for Women and was a founding member of Recovery Coaching UK, an organization that works with people displaying self-destructive behaviors. In addition, she has done a range of consulting work for public sector organizations such as London Voluntary Services Council, Hope Worldwide, Greenpeace and The Rehabilitation for Addicted Prisoners Trust, including delivering workshops on psychology, leadership and team development, and management issues.
With a B.A. in psychology from the Massey University in New Zealand, Leanne holds a Master’s in Education from Dundee University and has postgraduate degrees in community education, counselling, and psychosynthesis counselling. Leanne is an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching, certified in organisation and relationships systems coaching and has a diploma in coaching supervision. She is a member of Association for Coaching, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, European Co-active Coaches Community.
Leanne is originally from New Zealand and has lived and worked Germany, Scotland and currently lives with her partner, Ben, in London.

Leanne is a co-founder of Hothouse Group and has worked as a leadership and team coach, facilitator and trainer with executives (mid-senior) and organisations since 1998. In 2006, Leanne trained as a coaching supervisor with the UK’s first coaching supervision academy, CSA. Leanne now spends around a quarter of her time supervising, training and tutoring coaches. This is important to her because she wants to support best practice in coaching and believes in the rigour and discipline that
